We cooperate with reliable international logistics carriers to provide shipping services exclusively to the 48 contiguous states of the United States, ensuring that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. We strive to process and ship your orders as soon as possible while ensuring the safety of small jewelry during international transportation.

Order Processing TimeWe process orders within 2-4 business days after receiving your payment. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. For small jewelry that requires careful inspection (to avoid damage), the processing time will not exceed 4 business days, and we will notify you in advance if there is any delay.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time3.1 Shipping Destination RestrictionsWe only ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or any other countries/regions outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states. If your shipping address is not within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, we will contact you to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3.2 Estimated Delivery Time
48 Contiguous U.S. States: 7-15 business days (delivery time may be extended due to international transit, customs clearance, holidays, or other unforeseen factors).
Note: Delivery time is an estimate only, not a guarantee. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or force majeure.

Shipping FeesWe offer free shipping for all orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. No additional shipping fees will be charged, and the free shipping policy applies to all small jewelry products, with no minimum order amount required.

Shipping Notes for Small JewelryTo ensure that small jewelry is not damaged during long-distance international transportation, we will use shockproof foam or bubble wrap to individually package each jewelry item, and use a sturdy outer box for overall packaging, effectively avoiding collisions and damage during transit.If your jewelry has special packaging requirements, please contact us at chengduhanjia@outlook.com before placing your order.

Shipping TrackingAfter your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes the tracking number and logistics query link. You can track the transportation status of your package in real time through the logistics carrier's official website or the store's order details page.

Customs & Import TaxesAny customs duties, import taxes, or other additional clearance fees incurred during international customs clearance shall be borne by the buyer. We will not collect these fees in advance, and you need to pay them directly to the customs or logistics carrier when receiving the goods.

Shipping Liability & Lost/Delayed Package Rules
- Logistics delays and customs clearance delays during international transportation are not the responsibility of the seller. We are not liable for any losses caused by such delays.
- Package receipt shall be subject to the logistics signature record; the logistics signature time shall be deemed the actual receipt time of the buyer.
- If the logistics information is not updated beyond the estimated delivery time, we will assist you in checking the package status upon your request. Please contact us with your order number for further assistance.
- Once we hand over the package to the logistics carrier, the risk of loss or damage of the goods will be transferred to the buyer. If the package is confirmed lost by the official carrier, we will provide a reshipment or full refund at our sole discretion.
- If the buyer provides an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable shipping address, all resulting losses, return fees and delivery failures shall be borne by the buyer.

Return & Exchange Shipping FeesIf your return or exchange is caused by buyer's reasons (e.g. do not like the item, wrong style ordered), the return and exchange shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. If the return or exchange is due to seller's reasons (e.g., product quality issues, wrong item shipped), we will bear the full shipping fee.
