Return & Exchange Policy


All our products are handmade woven jewelry & small accessories. Please read this policy carefully before purchase.

1. Return Period


We have a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days after the delivery date of your order.

2. Return Address


To start a return, you must send the item to the following official return address. Returns sent to any other address will NOT be accepted.

3. Eligibility for Returns


3.1 Non-Returnable Items (Under Any Circumstances)


  • Items that have been worn, used, or show obvious signs of wear
  • Items with artificial damage, scratches, or deformation
  • Items with missing accessories, original tags, or packaging
  • Handmade woven items that have been cut short, soaked in water, oxidized, or altered
  • Customized or specially ordered styles

3.2 Returns at Buyer’s Expense


Returns for the following reasons are accepted, but the buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs:

  • You do not like the style/design
  • You ordered the wrong style, size, or color by mistake

3.3 Returns at Seller’s Expense


Returns for the following reasons are accepted, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

You must provide clear photos/videos as evidence:

  • Quality defects (broken string, damaged accessories, loose beads, etc.)
  • Item damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Wrong size/color shipped

4. Shipping Fee Responsibility Summary


  • Buyer’s fault (dislike, wrong order): Buyer pays return shipping.
  • Our fault (quality issue, wrong item, shipping damage): We pay return shipping.
  • All collect-on-delivery (COD) return packages will be rejected directly.

5. Refund Processing


Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Delays beyond this period may be caused by your bank or payment platform, and we are not responsible for bank processing delays.

6. Exchange Policy


6.1 Exchange Eligibility


Exchanges are allowed only for unused, undamaged items in original condition.

Non-exchangeable items are the same as non-returnable items listed in Section 3.1.

6.2 Exchange Shipping Fee


  • Our fault (quality issue, wrong item, shipping damage): We cover shipping for both the returned item and the new replacement.
  • Buyer’s fault (dislike, wrong order): Buyer covers shipping for both the return and the new item.
  • Exchange is limited to the same or equivalent price item only. If the desired style is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.

7. General Rules & Notes


  1. To start a return or exchange, please contact us first via our store customer service or email. Returns sent without prior approval will NOT be accepted or processed.
  2. Returned items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and tags (if applicable).
  3. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
  4. For customers in the European Union: You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
